I've seen some terrible things when it comes to weddings. But by far the most terrible thing recently has been a trend for... well... GRANNY PANTIES!
Ladies! What ever you do, do NOT wear granny panties. I was helping a bride into her dress the other day, and she was wearing a pair of ugly, high waisted, blah chonies. She was a stunningly beautiful bride, with an expensive couture gown. But she was wearing the ugliest pair of undies ever!
Your wedding night is one night you are pretty much guaranteed to "get lucky". Even if your groom is used to seeing you in a comfortable pair of undies - knock his socks off on your wedding night.
There are so many pretty (and still comfortable) alternatives out there! If you are worried about comfort, find a pretty pair of boy shorts. I saw an adorable pair of white boy short chonies with "Bride" in rhinestones along the rump. Or how about a cute lace pair? Or satin? Silk? Please - wear nothing... just don't wear granny panties!
